NO ONE CAN HELP? WTF

We have been trying to Contact the lawyers, to find out the settlement amount for over a month!
Sending emails, calling at least 3-4 times A DAY!!!

We finally got through to THEMBI today who said she cant help and HUNG UP.

I am trying to settle the account and it is impossible!
I want this sorted now!
