my bill getting extra amount, even i did not request any extra service

hi, i have stc board band internet my bill was SR149 every month from stc , some one call from stc and said two month free upgrade if after two month if you want to continue you can or you can decline, so i decline, but after two month i am getting additional charges, for the same , i make five complains but nothing happens, below is stc complain no 7521875,7443207,7406453,7320395
