After days of trouble ordering and back order delays, we received 2 fans. One worked for less than a week. We discovered it running although we had not turned it on. It would not turn off so ran day and a half. Then it will not recharge. I have for 2 weeks called the customer service number (866-274-2797) and get a recording that I am calling out of my area and that the called party is temporarily unavailable. I don’t know what this means. My message is DO NOT BUY the rechargeable foldaway fan. It appears to be junk (although cost $40)and there is no remedy in customer service.
