Credit card fraud

Since ordering from this website I have been a victim of credit card fraud for the first time ever. Also started receiving phishing texts to my phone. I only used the card on this website.

Like another reviewer here, the fraudulent payments took place on online food delivery places.

AVOID!! This company is NOT based in the UK, web site is very misleading! Ordered a canvas, quality is not the best, I also ordered a fixing kit which has not arrived, I have sent several email just keep receiving a 'no reply' response email from them! I have also rang the number on the web site a message plays stating I have contacted the company outside of their working hours!! No facility to leave a message. Very disappointed, I will not use again nor can I recommend this company to others. Delivery via UPS was a disaster too. Was notified picture would arrive on the 6/12 didn’t turn up until the 9/12...poor service throughout this purchase...AVOID!
Just remembered I paid via PayPal, I have rang PayPal they have been brilliant, they have contacted the seller for a full refund, if they do not respond by 24/12 their Paypal account will be suspended, but at least I get all of my money back! Thank goodness I paid via PayPal because mypicture or the other name it goes under Meinfoto don’t are CON ARTISTS

Not honouring the voucher.

The voucher I was given (because of previous poor service) will not work and the customer service team will not help. They use stalling tactics to delay actually solving the problem. The voucher is for half the amount I would spend on any purchase yet there is no way I can use it on the website, rendering it useless. My-picture refuse to help when I suggest paying the full amount and then they could reimburse me the half I am due. This would be a simple solution but receives no support from them. Emails are going back and forth (with plenty of delays by them) and even though the payment I would make would be half the full amount, I feel that they have mislead me over the award of the voucher and it is more about the principle now than the actual purchase of any canvas. Any 'solution' offered by them is just a repeat of a previous one and I have told them that it will not work.
Be aware of their attitude.

Credit card scam

The only time I have used my credit card for an online purchase was with my-picture.co.uk and then shortly after my card was cloned and used for 2 online fraud purchases at Dominos pizza and next, has this happened to anyone else.

No delivery made , and no refund

This company say that I refused the delivery. Took 2 days off from work toget pictures of my newborn and on both occasions nobody turned up. They claim I refused the delivery.

Now they don't want to pay a refund , claiming some German law that they are entitled to keep the money.

AVOID This company

This company poses as a UK company, from their .co.uk web address to their UK phone number: +44 20 34992781


They are actually based in GERMANY, where all their products are manufactured and despatched from. They will refuse a refund even if you have just placed an order, their customer service is VERY rude to the point of hanging up on you!


The product I finally received was of poor quality and ended up having to order from another company! Like others, I wish I looked at the reviews online!

I would never recommend anyone to use them. AVOID this company AT ALL COSTS!!!

Misleading fraudulent company

I have bought several items from this company over 3 orders and the first two orders were ok each time I received an email saying they were reprinting my cushion covers as they had not passed quality control but when everything arrived I was happy with them. My third order is a different matter I ordered a very large aluminium print and the website implies this comes with a hidden hanging system however when it arrived there is nothing on the back and no way to hang it. I contacted customer services who advised the hanging system is an optional extra but they are not able to sell it to me separately. They are a joke I’ve spoken to several of them who don’t understand or care that if they are not clear on their website customers will not order a hanging system. I intend to seek legal advice because I think they are misleading customers and fraudulently taking money for goods unfit for purpose as I am unable to hang my picture.

poor quality

I have ordered several times from this company and all but once, I have had to ask for replacements, due to poor print colour matching and defects. Do not use them if you are a professional photographer, like myself, or you will have customers waiting while they send out a replacement. Once I had to send back a replacement as it was worse than the first.

I ordered 3 canvasses from this company and when they arrived, one of them was fault in that the canvas had been slightly damaged in transit on one side.
I searched for reviews on the company on the internet and found this site. After reading all the negative reviews I was very concerned that I would not be able to get the problem resolved.
However, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They responded to al my emails and replaced the damaged canvas within 5 days. I told them it was a Christmas present and they sent the item by express delivery. This must have been a very busy time for them as it was the week before Christmas 2016.
I chose this company as their prices were cheaper than others I had found on the internet. The quality of the finished canvasses and frames is very good. I will definitely use them again.

Update on beliw complaint

A tip on how to get hold of these little rascals!!
Call their customer services department but instead of pressing the option (3) to question the order press (1) to buy new products.... they soon bloody answer the phone!

+49 180 5 226827 And then press 1 then, 1, then 1 and finally 1 so basically press 1 on all four options!!!

Works a treat, my actual order being re-printed (although of course i'm not holding my breath)

Wrong canvass picture

I have recived 2 canvasses of a woman and a baby and a man and said baby which I'm sure they want for Christmas! Ive e-mailed several times and this morning called 5 times and the hold music sounds like I imagine hell to be, just growling and screaming and then it just cuts off. I am absolutely furious!

Wrong picture

I bought a canvas as a Christmas present.
It arrived yesterday from Germany which surprised me as it is a UK Web address.
When opened it is not my picture that I ordered.
I have sent 3 emails so far and no reply.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a photo canvas which duly arrived, but the easel on the back had been put the wrong way around. I am now on my 14th email to the company to try to get the matter resolved. They keep telling me that the email photos I have sent to evidence my complaint haven't arrived. I believe that this is just an excuse and that they have no intention of servicing my concern. I certainly would not use them again.

Print stretched canvasses faulty

I ordered 3 canvas prints from this company, that were supposed to have my image stretched around the edges of the canvas.
2 were delivered with 1 white edge and the other with 2 white edges. The quality of the printing was pretty bad too.
When I complained and asked if they could be redone, I was asked to provide photos of the error. I did this and then was told that I had not set the artwork correctly and that I would not receive a refund. I asked to have them reprinted and have not heard anything back. I spent £47 and am disgusted that they can get away with, what I consider, stealing from me.

Awful company

I ordered some canvas of my son from this company and upon delivery the canvases that I received were terrible quality, not only that half of my sons head has been chopped off.
I sent an email requesting that they rectify this or please issue me with a refund and I will return to canvases to them and they replied saying that there is not a problem with the pictures and they won't accept my complaint.

Damaged Goods

I ordered a picture on aluminium...it arrived with in a week and is bent.The picture was wrapped in a thin piece of styrene and placed in a flimsy cardboard sleeve with no DO NOT BEND labels.

Have emailed them a total of 9 times so far this week and have no reply .

Absolutely shocking company....using a British address but actually based in Germany.

Anyone reading this i advise DO NOT USE THEM.

Legal Action will be taken

This company is awful and a rip off, They sent me products which were unfit for use, I have sent the goods back and requested a refund, I have sent 5 emails and called numerous times and all I have had back is one email a week ago saying someone will be in contact with me!! non delivery / worst company EVER

I ordered a canvas for my fiance on Tues 10th December to hopefully arrive before christmas.

After waiting until 22nd December without any shipping number, etc, I emailed to ask what was going on...

I then had a response to inform me that there was a "software error and therefore my order has not been passed onto production. And that they would process my order manually and send out asap".

It is now Monday 30th December, I have STILL not had a shipping number and no further response.

VERY VERY FRUSTRATED. CLEARLY THEY ARE THE WORST ONLINE COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

I am extremely annoyed at the whole thing and wonder if I will EVER receive my canvas.
