Absolutely appalling Company
Placed two orders within one day of each other after reviews on line appeared reasonable good.

First order did not receive a confirmation email and so waited to see what would happen
Second order received a confirmation email.

Two weeks later the second picture turned up which is shocking .. the acrylic that it on in is the flimsiest i have felt and the picture is not centred correctly and some of the words are at best blotchy

Looked at my credit card statement to find i have been charged for both orders ... !!!!

Tried several times to contact them by phone (no one to answer the call ) via their online chat (never anyone available) and sent several emails to the support team but absolutely nothing

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GERMAN BASED SCAM COMPANY .. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LOOK ELSEWHERE

Contacting the credit card company for a full refund ......
