Placed and order for 2 items. One was sent, the other back ordered. They discontinued it without telling me but I was charged nevertheless. Still no refund after 2 1/2 months. They are hard to contact. Finally I got a live person. He said my $ would be refunded. It hasn't. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. It'd be better they go out of business. Extremely angry.

I also have been taken advantage of. I ordered in october from Vitanet. Thye charged my credit card immediately $133.28.
By January I never received the biofreeze I ordered because they claim it was on backorder. Which I find funny because of all
the reputable companies have it in stock. So I finally got ahold of Vitanet and they said they would refund my money. Two
months later I have received no money and now they do not answer there phone or respond to emails. Does anyone know
what we can do to get our money back and to stop them from ripping more people off. I can not believe they are still doing it to people.
They have to be stopped.!!! Somebody helps us !!!
