cashier rude

saya datang mydin rtc pada 1/11/2021 ahad & mbuat bayaran pd pukul 2.12 ptg di kaunter nombor 6 dgn seorang cashier prempuan. dari mula bayar shgga akhir dia tidak melayan kami dgn mesra. malah dia mbungkus brg2 kami dgn kasar. dia juga mgambil kad debit ibu sy dgn kasar & hnya mnolak mesin debit ke arah ibu sy. tidak ada langsung “customer service” yg baik. malah dia tidak ade langsung ucap “terima kasih” & mjeling kami skeluarga. So rudeeeeeeeeee! kami tidak patut dapat service seperti ini! please take this matter seriously!
