Not like picture

I ordered a brown two tone wig that is nothing like what is on the website. It wasn't styled and it looks like someone cut it with an axe.

The wis is totally different not the same color and too short I like to return it immediately and get the one I ordered !

one side is much longer than the other side

my name is Brenda M. Smith. My order Number is: 502058020. I am hurt and disappointed. I ordered a cute, short neckline wig but the wig that I received is a partial neckline and partial bob. How might I return it and get a refund so that I can start all over again?

General Business Practices

MyFirstWig.com does not appear to be a reputable online retailer.
After placing four orders with them I found the following to be issues:

(1) The shipping duration of their product from the time of order to delivery is unusually long.
(2) The packaging is inconsistent. If you order multiple wigs they don't place them in individual boxes as they should.
(3) The payment method options are not clearly defined on their website.
I ordered five wigs and chose their PayPal option which I felt offered me customer privacy and purchase security.
However upon ordering, I spent several days being badgered by email to pay by western union or bank transfer instead.
No details were provided for either of these newly requested payment methods. Further, these payment methods are not listed on their website which made me uncomfortable.

The women on YouTube need to be much more discerning with recommending these companies to their subscribers.

Extremely disappointed.
