holding my funds on decline transaction
been calling for 10 days went to charge my sons ticket at Amtrak transaction was declined but you continue to hold my funds, im on a time limit, and they will not release the funds so my son can get back into school in a timely matter, they continue to tell me to wait for a call back which has never happen and there is not a supervisor on site or anyone that can escalate the transaction.
