Onlibe I have ordered one pair of formal leather shoes of Liberty brand from Myntra vide order id 116658596765579576003 on 02.03.2021. On 04.03.2021 Myntra has delivered shoes which are sports shoes as against formal leather shoes ordered as per detailed above.

Post receipt of wrong product I have submitted a return request on 04.03.2021 and asked to refund my money. Such return was at first instance was accepted however the person who came to pickup the product denying to pickup that product stating there is no approval for such product, subsequently I have contacted the customer care team explaining all the issues to which they reply that they will revert in few days. Now few minutes back I received an email that your return is rejected. I attaching the relevant documents for your reference and seeking resolution of issue.
