Purchased t mobile samsung galaxy phone on 11.16.2021with mypromochoice promise of $300 costco card within 14 weeks.
Past 14 weeks now and no card. Called costco card services and rep told me the the 14 week wait doesn't start until after 90 days.
That is not what the contract says that was given to me when i made the purchase.
Can anyone suggest contacts so i can make costco honor their agreement.
