I have asked mystic Stamp Co. to cancel my membership. I refuse packages at the post office, sign my name on the package and write reufused, Return to sender. They charge me for these packages even though they have been returned. these packages and letters are first class packages. I am sending them a certified letter with a return receipt today cancelling once again my membership # A004662143. I am also returning a package at my expense at priority mail with delivery confirmation. I think this company is dishonest. they send numerous packages. No one can afford this company. they are dishonest.
