charging me for items that i refused and returned at the post office.
I have asked to cancel my membership. I refuse and signed my name on the package at the post office. (Refused, Return to Sender).
They keep charging me for items that I never accepted. This is an aggressive, fraudulent company. I am certifying a letter with a return address and contacting the Better Business Bureau. Any future items shipped to me , I will not send back nor will I send a payment. That is my legal right. the next step is to go to a lawyer and the courts. This company is Mystic stamp Company.

Never asked for anything from this company. They sent a coin with a bill. Threw everything away. Kept sending more (junk) Threw it away also. After a month they want me to send back in postage paid envelope the first coin they sent. HA HA! What a joke.

Selling to Mystic
Recently I sent three boxes of stamps from my collection of over 40 years. These boxes included nine albums as well as many folders with mint sheets and first day covers. I realize that Mystic does not buy at retail prices, but I was extremely surprised when I received a check for $200.00 for a collection that had a retail value of over $7,000.00. I spent almost $200.00 just to ship the boxes the way that they requested. What a disappointment from a long time customer of Mystic.

undelivered coins and plastic holders
I received an envelope in the mail that had a brown glue strip over the back flap. Inside was printed pages for operation arc light(1965-73) page #80 thru John Paul Vann,US lieutenant colonel(1925-1972) page#91. I was sent a bill with this for 22.50 for (2),two coins I didn't receive,I got only the printed pages above, formentioned. The coins I was supposed to get were Operation Arc Light (1965-73)and John McCain Jr.,US Admiral from (1911-1981). I never also received Pierce Arrow(august 5,1964) or Operation Star Lite (august 18-24,1965).If you cannot correct this error I'll have no other choice but to cancel further dealing with your company. I would hate to do this because I really enjoy what you have been offering. I also repeat I am only interested in these half-dollar coins of war that I am receiving on the Viet Nam war. Thank You for your time,I would appreciate a response in a timely manner. My email address is,

SCAM
Vietnam War Half-Dollar Coin (POW*MIA) and Vietnam War Half Dollar Coin (Tet Offensive) is a half dollar coin with a sticky label on it. Neither is a stamped coin representing the Vietnam era. I am a proud disabled Vietnam veteran, served 68-69. This is a total disrespect to all that served our country before, during, and after including those who have serving our country today. I AM SENDING BACK THE .50 CENT COIN THAT YOU STUCK A STICKER ON AND CHARGING 9.95 + 2.55 FOR SHIPPING. I am sure you know where I would like you to stick it. March 17, 2015 Frank Saltzman

Stay away from Mystic
I just opened a box from my late father's stamp collection. I was curious when I saw hundreds of Mystic Stamp envelopes, some unopened. As I looked through the box and read the increasingly ridiculous letters "to the collector" it became obvious to me that this company has aggressive marketing tactics designed to entrap people. I even found the letters that my father had sent to the company to try to get them to stop sending him stamps. The only way he could stop the madness was to say he was leaving the country! I am horrified that this company probably took him for about $2,000-3,000 dollars over several years. Yes-they do have their company protected by the legal terms that you agree to when you ask for their product brochure, and they do let you know you can mail back any stamps you don't want via their "stamp approval service". What they don't tell you is that if you keep something, they will continue to ramp up the number of mailings and the amount of items that they send to you. Basically much of the BS sounded something like this..."Since you are such a valued customer, as a service to you we will send you twice the stamps you have been getting before!" "As a great collector we know you will love to have ________ too", etc. Approval service might be effective if they made it easier to send things back. The amount of stuff that my dad received is just unbelievable. It became cost prohibitive and time consuming to send back--I did not find ONE postage paid envelope in the lot! This company is one to avoid. Please let my father's mistake be a lesson to others to know what you are getting into when you enter into business, especially with a large subscription company such as this.

Purchases not received
The last two "special offers" that I sent for have never been received? Both were five dollar special offers from Mystic Stamp Co. One was for first day covers and the other was for the new inverted Jenny stamp. Not a great deal of money but the checks are cashed and I have nothing??? Maybe the special deal was for Mystic stamp co.

sending un-ordered stamps
I received an un-solicited pack of stamps that are way out of my price affordability. On the order form is an email address
[email protected]
that gets no response when I tried to contact this person.
I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, love my stamp collection but can only afford what I can afford. I do not need a Stamp
Advisor after 55 years of collecting stamps and it costs a lot to send back the stuff they sent me. I like to order myself and know what I can afford. An $83.00 shipment of stamps and sheets that I DO NOT COLLECT and cannot afford is irresponsible on Mystic Stamps part. Please do not send stamps on approval unless I request them which is not likely. I am 67 years old and do not want to waste my life left to me arguing with Mystic Stamp over stuff that comes and if it does it should have a return envelope prepaid to send it back.
Thank you
