I had ordered vellani jewelry set from naaptol tv shopping order number 20527073. The product received to me very late not within the given timelines by naaptol and after I opened the parcel I found that sets were not as per the images or sets shown on tv. They were very different and almost all were defective pieces like fitting of the stones were very bad in shape and many of the stones came out even though it was parceled very nicely. Naaptol never does the quality checks and it is fraud company. After opening on the same day of sets arrival we called naaptol about quality and they asked to return the product. After we returned , we called naaptol but they dont want to take care about complaints they just want to sell cheap quality products. Please do not buy anything fromnaaptol. Instead of moneyI received voucher and as per naaptol I should not be getting money even though product is of cheap quality and defective and moreover not as per the descrption or sets showed on tv. Please do not buy anything from naaptol instead please use shopcj or homeshop18 for buying the things. We ordered even insect killer pest control machine from naaptol before buying the sets and those not even remiving single ant from home or cockroach. We returned that too. So we want to inform every1 that do not buy anything from naaptol , all the products they sell are defective or never work and even though it is their fault you have to suffer by using the refund voucher as you willnever get money and u hve to buy defective product again with voucher. Naaptol team please do not make ppl fool. We will complaint against you in consumer court soon.

I had order reference no9462588. combo of riding gloves+driving goggle+rain suit+Bike body cover+Flash wheel lights.I got items with out Riding gloves .and Rain suit is damaged. I return back rain suit both( coat and pant ) on20june14.then i contact your mobile no 9223537000on 18june to today08july14.today you issued refund voucher noNTCVJHN8AP amount Rs 400.I had paid Rs1556.what is the cost of rain suit and riding gloves.only 400.you are cheating me.I want rain suit and riding gloves. First you will send both item I am not interest other purchase.If not I return back to you all items in my hand..if you will not take action quickly, I will forward to file a case against your cheating to consumer court in my dist.I am waiting your reply.
