I have never submitted any product complaint but have decided I’m tired of paying higher prices for poorer quality products. I purchased several boxes within the last month of the Original Premium Saltine Crackers with Sea Salt. The product has been difficult to find yet when I have located it the crackers do not have sea salt, as advertised. The crackers are over cooked( darker brown) and the taste is very bland with a chemical after taste.I don’t know if the are old but seem to be thicker and come broken in the sleeves. I join others in not wanting to hear the excuse of COVID-19 or inflation as the reason for a poorer quality product. Quality Control is obviously no longer a Nabisco production standard.
