Packets not sealed, chemical smell and crumbs in bottom of box.

Box has expiration date code 02 Jul 18 AZ 1 01-2 15:23. Barcode 4400000057. Just opened the box and noticed a strange smell and the packets didn't look like they were completely sealed. Pulled a couple out and they were not completely sealed and there were crumbs in the bottom of the box. The crackers smelled really strange. Am returning to Kroger tomorrow.
