Hello:

I was hoping the awful plastic taste was just a fluke but unfortunately after trying box after box and having to throw each one away, I give up. What have you done to ruin your crackers. They're disgusting and taste like poison.

Maybe you are saving money with your change(s) but eventually someone will make a better cracker and no one will buy yours anymore.
