Have been a customer for most of my 77 years. Bought a box of unsalted tops, Premium Saltine Crackers and about half way of one of the 4 packs, I found a single cracker with a bite out of it. No crumbs or any signs of shipment damage. This is an unforgiving thing to happen. Someone on your product line took a bite out of a single cracker and then placed it back in line. Pictures attached;
