Clump of ‘fat, uncooked product’ in bag

My package of wheat thins had a large clump of fat, uncooked product or something in it. I have a picture of the clump and of the UPC code of the box it came from. I buy wheat thins often but my change my snack crackers after seeing this thing in my box!! It also seems the photo will not go through poor design on your complaint department.
