Fortunately we have all of her and her mother's antics on tape and we are considering taking it to the DA to file a felony case of domestic terrorism. Our sane nanny was there and can back up the fact that Sara was not right in the head and was being very dramatic on purpose. Once I got the call from our real nanny that something wasn't right I asked Sara to leave. She then brought her mom into our home without our permission so we can get her for trespassing and not leaving when asked to.

Nanny Cam's are a must and you are foolish if you don't get one. Why should you blindly trust a stranger with your child? Frankly anyone who does not want a camera on the job is not deserving of trust. The camera is there to protect both the baby and the nanny. Should something go wrong the nanny has proof to cover herself that she was not be negligent. Frankly after going through a number of nannies who were young and irresponsible I don't have much faith in the "professionalism" of this field. Unfortunately one of our nannies who was nuttier than an English fruitcake. Fortunately, Sara Almari, was being broken in by another nanny before she could do any damage. After she left the first day She made all sorts of baseless accusations against us to the police and the humance society in order to harrass us because we were Christians and she was an "elightened spiritualist" who hates anyone who does not believe in her relativistic god. Thankfully the good Lord was looking out for us and she was never left alone with our baby with this clearly unstable girl. My wife had to resign from her job and is now staying at home because of this last nanny who caused us so much distress. Sara Almari has since dropped out of care.com and hopefully will return to England where they are more tolerant of "eccentrics" like her. Sadly, Care.com has no way to warn parents of unfit nannies once they have left their service so that's why I'm posting here.
Parents: trust but verify. Do your due diligence in hiring but don't assume your child is being well cared for unless you can back it up with proof via cameras.
