I have a First Gulf Bank (FGB) credit card but have not activated it or used it at all. The salesperson promised that the card was free for life, but still I didn’t use that card.
Suddenly, they have charged me as annual charge + extra charges every months. I didn’t activated and didn’t use this card and didn’t purchase anything from this card. Still I didn’t get any statement from your bank.
Last time I spoke with customer care, that time they said, if you need to pay this amount, that amount fully returnable to you and they said our people will calling you regarding this payment returnable, but still I am not getting any call from your bank. But they are sending SMS for payment and this month also I am getting SMS for payment
I have given the request for reversal of charges and cancellation in this issue. If you done this I am ready to use this card, for your information still I didn’t activated this card.
