These people have caused me more stress than an average person can take.
I've reported them to the BBB before and after trying to reason with them for over 3 months I have reported them again.
These people cashed a check for 1000.00 more than it was written out for!! When they photocopied it part of the box showed up in front of the amount and it clearly looks like a "bracket" not a 1...and the written amount clearly stated as 884.00 NOT 1884.00.
They reversed payment but no refund made, I asked to apply the "extra" 1000.00 to my payments, they said "oh we can't do that".
Many many phone calls, submitting proof that the 1884.00 was actually taken out of the account TWICE, the first proof was "lost".
I was then told by one person oh, yes, we have reevaluated your proof and it is taken care of.
Then I receive a phone call that I'm 2 months behind. I said I was not. I said I was just told the other day it had been straightened out and I only owe a half of a months payment. This person asked how did I figure this, I said the extra 1000.00 covered a month and a half, he said "what extra 1000.00?"
I am so sick of their back and forth, too many people handling something and nobody knows what is going on!!!
So....let the BBB get on them.

My situation mirrors the threads of complaints on this site against Nation Star. Please do not let Nation Star take your home; contact your States Attorneys Office and file a complaint. If the States Attorney Office get enough complains an investigation into Nation Star practices can be filed and possible a class action law suite. Nation Star practices are deceptive and should be review.

It says that Nationstar acts as a debt collection agency. So do your own homework.
And DUH! It was sold to Nationstar. I wish they would sell it to someone else,
Maybe someone who wants to impliment Obama's Plan.
