Hard inquiry on equifax

Have a hard inquiry on my equifax credit report from National Credit Card Cos I have not applied for any type of credit in years.

Fraud

2 hard inquiries were made against my credit on 09/28/2019. Capital one and National Credit Card cos. Capital one has closed the fraudulent account. I have no info on National Credit Card cos to even contact them.
