My daughter and I joined Jane's Gym in Olive Branch, MS February of this year and they were nice on that day. I hurt my knee in April and have had to stop going per dr.'s orders. I have sent in MANY disability forms to National Fitness and they keep telling me that this and that need to be fixed on it. Ok sent to dr again. Was finally told on June 2nd by one of Nat. Fitness employees that form was excepted. Well, guess what, today I was told that it had to be redone by dr. They are nothing but scam artists that want your money. The people at the gym and the people at Nat. Fitness are WORTHLESS!!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!

I too had an extremely horrible experience with national fitness out of Buffalo, NY. I was ripped off royal by this company and got the worst service ever. My trainer cancelled out on me numerous times, and then i was told he was on drugs. Jeff Wilhelm the manager got me another trainer who never showed up. Jeff lied to me about the company policies and many other things. He looks like the devil and walks around spitting in a bottle. National Fitness were monsters when i called to express my frustrations. The would not let me stop my membership . I ended up getting a lawyer who simply wrote a letter. They ignored it. They are predators and the lowest of the low.
