I paid the National Geographic subscription by check 5523 for $35.80 (*) from Del Norte Credit Union sent 10-27-18 and shown paid on 11-01-18 on the bank statement from 11-01-18 through 11-30-18. I called National Geo and was told that they have no record of this payment. Renewal was for one year starting in January. (I renewed while on the phone with NGeo on 5-24-19 by credit card for another renewal. My credit Card statement for May showed payment. I have not received one magazine yet as of 6-15-19.)

I have all the required proofs that I paid twice, one in November 2018 and the other on May 2019
