This is a copy of a letter that I sent to the National Geographic Society on 15 May 2020. I have never received a reply to the letter:

I have been a member of the Society since 1957.

In recent years I have had continual problems receiving my magazines. I have not received a magazine since February this year.

In 2017 my magazines stopped arriving and I had to prove to your agent that I had paid the account (see copies of emails attached).

I did not receive a copy of the September 2019 magazine despite informing your agent a number of times (see attached).

I’m not sure what is going on. I have not received an account from you for some years as you told me at various times you would automatically charge my Amex card (see letter attached).

I would appreciate your advice.

I have also contacted [email protected] but have never had a satisfactory advice.

I have also contacted the Australian agent for the National Geographic on Lakita Kena <[email protected]> about the non receipt of the September 2019 issue of the magazine but never have received a reply
