I was involved in accident in Weatherford, a lady hit me from behind and it's been 5 days and I havnt heard a word from her insurance company! She refused to give me her insurance info so I called police and filed report and they found her, she already been filed a claim to fix her car but they have yet to call me!!! Please help!!!

I have had humana insurance since July 2014 and have been on the phone constantly for approvals. I had approval for shots in my neck for pain to avoid more surgery. Yesterday I arrived at the clinic, which took me an hour to get to. After I checked in I received a phone call saying they wouldn't approve the shot for eight weeks, but I was already there! There wasn't anything I could do, but leave in pain. I already had my approval done over the phone previously. And the third person, the case worker, Michelle, was extremely rude.
