The company charge me an up front fee of $2200 to modify my mortgage, under the pretense of it being risk free and offering a $ back guarantee if the loan mod didn't get approved. After they had my money, they accused me of breeching the contract and said they would no longer offer the moneyback guarantee and wanted my permission to move forward with the loan mod process. When i asked them to show me where i breeched the contract, they could/would not do it and now they will not return my phone calls or emails. Also, any mail that has been sent to the address on their website comes back undeliverable. I have electronic record of every correspondence i made with this company and in no way breeched the contract! National Loan Modification is a SCAM.

NMP is a SCAM. I dealt with Jason Glasser as well once I made a big deal about the "breach of contract" I spent over two hours on the phone with him just before Christmas 2010, Complete Liar! Its obvious that everyone is in breach, hence the scam. He used bulling tactics with the intent to appear as a helpful advocate. I fought back until I won. Ultimately I filed a claim with my CC company and was given a full refund. I have all paperwork and emails as proof. I hope others are as fortunate as I was and able to get their money back. No record of them on the Internet now except these types of forums. Don't let me find your ass on the street Jason!

I was told for 2100. dollars this company would help lower my morgage. I paid up front spent a lot of money on faxs and all i got was a how to. My husband had a heart attack and is unable to take the stress of what is going on. I gave this company my morgage money for last month and now all I get is the run around. Jane Smith who is sappose to be working with me never calls me back and now that I have paid my money your company cannt be botherd. Untill I get satisfaction I will continue to look for legal satisfaction

We to dealt with this company who said if they couldnt help we could get our money back. Well its now 2 years later and you guessed it we still dont have our $2000.00 back and they were not able to help us. Filled out the paperwork with their help and when their help told us wrong they want us to suffer. We could use that money that we also didnt have. Lost the home as well.
