We rented a car in Cabo, via internet, and when we went to the office to get the car we rented, the manager Ms. Rosario Alavez was very rude, she wanted to charge us more, because she said that the insurance we got over the internet in the US. is not the same type of insurance that is required in Mexico. Then we were trying to call a relative in the US who tried to help us, they didn't want to call the US using their office phone number so we used a cell phone from a friend, then the manager grabbed the phone trying to explain to our relative the situation with the insurance and why she was trying to charge us more than the price we saw over the internet... And she just kept calling and calling using this friend's cellphone minutes/credit... It was a 500pesos phone call... and our friend tried to tell her, and tried to grab her cell phone back and this rude lady would not give her the phone back!. Finally we told her hey you better pay for this phone call and she was even worse saying "Oh it's not my problem, I don't have to pay you anything back, I was attending the phone call and I didn't make the phone call"!!! Can you believe it????.

National never again....
