9.95 fee

NOW they do not charge a 9.95 fee for paying on line....They said because they have a new website......i want every 9.95 fee I payed applied to my principal !.....Theives!....I do see a class action law suit brewing....

Would nt eccept ,y payments

Nationstar mortgage is a predatory lender. I have less than 20k on my mortgage. Bank of America sold it to nationstar and they didn't let me know of the sale of my loan. I had no place to make my payments for two months and had problems after that with them that put me behind 3 months. My monthly mortgage is 504.00. They want to adjust my mortgage to a 40 year refinance when I only have 5 years left to go on original. Still they will not allow me to pay my monthly payments getting me further behind. They need to be inspected by the BBB

Arbitrary transaction fees

My mortgage was sold to Nationstar. In the original mortgage that I had agreed to the terms, my payments were due on the first of the month with a 15 day grace period(as with most banks) if payment was not received by the 15th I would be charged a late fee. Now that I am with Nationstar, they are trying to charge me a $9.95 transaction fee if payment is not made by the 9th. This was not part of my original loan agreement and was never agreed to. How can you change my loan terms without prior approval/consent??

Cancellation of deed

I pay my loan off six weeks ago and have been forced to short sell my house because I cannot afford it after refinancing it Well Nationstar Mortgage the original loan holder and they have not released the deed to the courthouse yet and I've already had two extensions on my short sale The buyers are threatening to walk away because the deed is not canceled from the original loan Nationstar Mortgage held. I've been promised from customer service as well as to his different supervisors that it would be 5 to 7 days and that hasn't happened. If I don't sell this house and nations start doesn't release the loan because they are paid in full then I may go into bankruptcy and all this can be avoided if Nationstar Mortgage just sent in the cancellation of the deed of the house no that's paid in full

FEES AND EXTRA CHARGES

NationsStar Mortgage Company is the WORST. I am telling everyone not to use Nationstar to finance their loan. They take pleasure in having the people at the Call Centers harrass you even in the middle of the night. That I can live with because I can refuse to answer thier calls. But, when they lie I have a problem with that. Since my loan was transferred to them I have nothing but headaches and every time i speak to the people who i believe are not qualified to handle loan payments my blood pressure rises.I end up paying for fees and charges that they cannot tell me why they are there. No where on the statment that showes that i am owing thes fees.
They harrassed me for $6000.00 going back to eight months blaming it on the insurance company and we couldnt agree on anything they told me even though they know I was speaking the truth. I end up paying it all just to avoid foreclosure on the property. Not to mention they send threatening letters to the tenants telling them to move out because they are foreclosing on the property. Another problem again becasue the tenants stopped paying the rent. "Almost lost the property" and they are advertising that they help people to stay in their homes. "LIE".
Arfter paying all that money, They added $300.00 to my monthly payment so we could start all over- wipe the slate clean as long as I pay on time. Would you believe that after paying on time every month to avoid arguments and fear of looseing the property they sent me a letter two months ago for $335.00 fee. I call again and everything started again because I want them to tell me the reason for this amount. They told me to check my statement. I can't finds any charges on the statement and they refused to take it off the bill.
The last lady I spoke with told me to look at my account a late fee was added because in April they received the payment on 12th of the month. April? the same month when I paid The $6000.00 and everything was cleared ?
I said lady I thought it was the 16 of the month before the late fee is added. She was so baffeled that she told me to hold on and never came back on the line.
What is the government doing about this company. They are robbing the consumers and no one is listening. I know more people are going through the same thing and I hope we will all speak up. Let us continue to write file complaints until our voices are heard.
People be aware of their new tatics. If you mail the mortgage early, They hold onto the checks until after the 16 of the month so they can charge you late fee. You have to call them if the funds are still in your account and tell them to take it because they are
waiting to charge late fee. I called them twice to take the payments that were mailed to them from the second of the month and never cleared the bank.This is awful and I am trying to find an attorney to help me to look back on my account and have them refund me the money they took. I am hoping that people will come forward and help us with this fight.

short sales

i have been working on short sales since back in 2008, out of nowhere this bank comes along and starts acquiring other banks bad loans and start turning things over.
i have several clients that had their short sales approved with Aurora and since July 15th when Nationstar took over the short sales are just sitting pretty.
after many calls their own employees state that they were not Ready to receive so many files.
now this year they are beginning to get organize and what they are doing is countering all the offers to ridiculous amounts that nobody can figure out where they are getting those numbers.
in one the case i have the lady bought the property for $129K owes the HOA $13K and the market value of the property is now aroung $99K which is what the current offer is for, Nationstar came back with a counter offer of $140K, HOW?
like this case i have 8 more that they have not worked since back in July and everything that they required back them it's now old so we have to submit everything all over.
all my files are now stuck on "if you need to dispute the value please submit a full appraisal".
Appraisals cost money which there is no guarantee that the short sale will go thru at the end, that's the reason banks do BPOs to make sure the offers coming in are valid.
this needs to go to congress or some hot shot attorney to get a class action law suit going against this bank.
to top it off now they are getting some loans from Bank of America and Chase.
people are saying that Nationstar does not want to work short sale instead they want to try to modify all their loans, so then why not let everyone know and stop wasting people's time.

Didn't want to work with me

I was 6 month behind on my monthly payments and asked them to work with me saving my home, i did not wanted to loose it, i didn't care how much i owed on it as long as the payment was reasonable.
They didn't care and told me there's nothing they can do for me, they actioned my house to themselfes for 76k and forced me out of my home. I bought it originally for 305K in 2005-6
I admit that i couldn't keep up and part of it is my fault but this perticular bank didn't care

Didn't want to work with me

It's not your fault, it's the economy and the banks. Nationstar will not work with anyone, they just want the property. I'm going thru the same thing with them. Hang in there.
