I have had a very difficult time getting any answers. Each time I call I get a different answer. My payments have been returned on my 2nd loan several times in a row. They state they did not get the Loan Modification papers and that I could not pay on the account until they receive it. No partial payments are excepted, which we wanted to do so that once the modification was miraculously found we would be caught up and not behind. Nope just won't take any kind of payment. Sent me a check for all my payments made.

This has been the most difficult company to deal with in my entire life! My loan was bought out from Bank of America to these incapable people.

I have been in contact with Nationstar at least 50 times before September and not once was I told about the below situation.

I also have had a huge problem with my 1st loan. I was not told my payment went up in January 2014 due to property taxes being higher and I have been paying the same amount yet the wrong amount. Not 1 call or letter was sent letting me know it changed. Once they sent back my September payment it made me call to find out why? I would have been paying it in full each month if I would have know. Very frustrating and disappointing to find this out. They say I now owe thousands of dollars or I they will start foreclosure on the property.

As of October they said we could start paying on out 2nd loan but than it was returned again when we made Novembers payment.
I am thinking we need an attorney to get through this! Before we lose our home.
