Insurance claim funds

Nationstar has held my insurance claim funds for over a month now. Keep getting a RUN around, I have already contacted my Atty General, BBB of TX., Texas Dept. Of Lending Services and the C.F.P.B. Any help that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated!! Would like to see how to file a class action suit if possible. [email protected]
