We are experiencing the same thing all these other complaints are talking about! We just received our payment back along with a check for $78.73 that we have no idea what it is for, probably returning late fees. These people are insane with the games they are playing. Legally speaking, they cashed our payment then turn around and send it back to us, when they cashed our check they are accepting our payment so why are they playing these games. How do we start a Class Action Law suit against them for what they are doing? There is one started for the HAMP problems. Anyone know of a Class Action for the problems we are all having?
