Delay in New Gas connection

Dear Sir,
I have paid my demand notice of SNGPL on dated 17/01/2017. My demand notice # 37133798852 and as per routine and regulation service order have been issue on dated 30/6/2017. I have many time complain at SNGPL office Khanewal but every time refuse to me. And contractor demand money to comply. Please cascade it and take corrective action and give me a gas supply as soon as possible.
