not refilling gas

From long time i have just facing a same problem with my dealers of gas Neelam Enterprises. their services are bad in refilling gas or delivery in time and also not answering the calls.

delay in refilling gas(bpcl)respected

sir/madam,
i have just facing with a bad situation with my gas dealers because i never found any respectable services from my dealers (neelam enterprises) .they never refill gas on time or their customer care services are so bad they never answer the calls .my booking is also done before 12 days but from now we have not got refill gas on time.so i have request you to take such action against them.
