Worst medical shop to buy the medicines. Very rude and un courteous staff. Their attitude like no other medical shop to go. It happened with me in B Block Sector 62 Neelkanth shop. I purchased some medicines and asked if there is any discount. The billing person rudely answered- we don't give discount. The entire world is giving the discount up to 10% on medicine. Their billing system was down so I asked them to do hand billing, I don't care whether get the proper bill or not as I was in hurry that time. After 10 min, I asked whether he is printing the bill or not. He replied - garam kyon ho rahe ho boss....I was amazed the way he spoke. Am I the one who is loosing the temper, to my surprise, when I clarified that I am asking about bill because the system was down, and I am not sure if that has started working...he again shouted ....asking for discount again...:(. The entire staff was gathered and started supporting that billing guy. I felt like I am threatened by mob in a place like sector 62 which is considered one of the crowded place. ...really bad experience.....will not go to Neelkanth in future....I also would suggest not to go to Naalkanth as they are not offering any discount whereas every other shop is happily giving discount of 5-10 % easily.
