I'm tired with my nasty neighbor. The proof are in the pictures. If you leave your trash bag open wind will blow it on someone else property. I complaint the property maintenance to resolve the issue, its still continuing over and over. Well pictures don't tell lies.

Make a call and report the trash. Your city probably has an ordinance about it. You can probably sue your neighbor too for defacing your property with his trash through his negligence.
