What have you done to it! I've loved this coffee for years, but this new stuff is bitter and sludgy. Awful! I notice my old one contained Arabica AND Robusta beans, but the new rubbish just says Arabica - is that why? It's always been a favourite with a lot of people I know - all of whom are going to change brands, probably Douwe Egberts. Because you've tried to make more profit by cheapening what was a great product, I think you'll be actually losing a lot of customers!
