Nespresso cash back offer
I brought a coffee machine to receive cash back offer, after waiting 4 weeks I called up and they told me that my claim was rejected Because my proof of purchase did not have a date as it was a online order. I've finally gone back to the store I purchased from and taken a hard copy but the cash back offer has now ended. So upset with nespresso as I asked them over the phone to honour my original receipt and now I don't think I can claim the cash back at all. They didn't even call me to let me know the claim was rejected so that I could rectify it in the timeframe of the cash back offer. Very poor form from such a supposedly reputable company.
