UNAUTHORIZED BILLING

My name is William Duke, 910 Hawthorn Hill Lane, Alford, FL 32420. Why are you stealing $12.89 from my account when I haven't rented a move from you in months. In fact I canceled my subscription with you 6 months ago. You have no right withdrawing funds from my account. My account shows a payment made to NFI*WWW.NETFLIX 5968 OF $12.89. I will bring charges against you if this continues. I would also like to have the previous payments returned that you have illegally withdrawn from my account.
