Net spend sent me a text message saying that my cards were stolen and to call them I called and they then told me my account had been closed however I talked to them the day before and they said my account was fine and loaded my social security payment on the card...i had been on the phone with Att because my internet was not working I had not been online to close out no net spend account..now my account is closed I have to call the social security board and tell them that I do not have my benefits and net spend has closed out my account and don't know where my money has gone..
