Second season of Anne with an "E" is sickening. Does not go by the book. Introduces 3 gay characters. BTW, if you were gay in the early 1900's noone ever knew! Program cuts out on consistent basis

While streaming a program on Netflix , it stops over and over-- at least five times. It says error usually. I watch on my iPad. My sister has the same problem while watching on tv. We're both so frustrated we're close to cancelling subscriptions

I was a big fan of netflix. Recently I got xbox and discovered the worst app I've ever used.

While browsing titles I am forced to hear their trailers without any option to mute it (netflix official: "mute your tv") and ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to opt out. I can't use the website (blocked) so I have to mute the tv, select what to watch, unmute the tv just to guy some "great" product guy happy. This is so bad that it will be used as an example of bad UX years after the genius who though about it will get fired.

They sent me a "free" sample of face creams, then they charged me £211 ,10 days later. Whoa 😱, I said , why , ?? Terms & conditions honey???? So I agreed to send them back , which I did , and will reimburse debit card !! Not so bad, I thought, !!! Stil had NO refund , correspondence , but when you try to contact them reg cancellation, no one either answers and you are not able to access the website where cancellation is found. All lost

I am very disappointed in the removal of shows such as Bob's Burgers and Futurama. I would like to see both return, as would many. Furtutama has been listed for years, and watched, daily, by many note people than anyone probably realizes. I see no reason to remove it now. I for one watch such shows daily and am looking into altertnate streaming devices with the same quantity and quality of shows, and of course with the shows I want to watch that you keep cancelling.
I urge you to reinstate them and keep a multitude of your customers happy.

How dare you take away the shows that are the life of Netflix. I am unsubscribing and don't think others won't either. Greys and private practice are the two shows I learned medical knowledge from. It's how I learned that when doing cpr you can do it to the best of a kiss song. You say at the top of the article we will be replacing with newer shows and adding seasons. But guess what Netflix I don't want that I just want to be able to watch the same shows, same seasons as many times as I please. On top of that what am I supposed to do when I have a awful day!!! I was double charged at the middle and end of each month from Feb 2017 to April 14th - contacted Netflix chat to find out someone hacked my account and used my credit card for their account which has been active for a very long time. They could not give me the email address of the other account even though they used MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER! They are refunding me for those months but I want to know how the hell this happened and why it seems to be happening quite a bit. I had to call and cancel my card but what an invasion. This really sucks!

i have had an account since 25th Dec 2013, from this date a payment of 5.99 has been taken, only last night checking my account did i realise that Netflix have been taking payments twice, once on the 25th and again on the 26th of the month from day one...
when queried with Netflix, the bank details are same but the email address for the second account is different...
nothing has ever been streamed/ watched from the second account but i have been charged £239.60 from then til now for an account i had no knowledge of!
Netflix have kindly told me they can cancel it (last night) - which they have but can only refund from the previous 3 months! Big HA!!!

I have spoken to the bank but they said its nothing they can help with!
surely this is Fraud, it may not be a direct debit set up but i am sure there is someway of getting a refund!

I have subscribed to Netflix for a little more than 2 years now and I have called repeated over the time period to express my desire to see more family oriented shows that has a diversified cast. Each month there are new additions added to Netflix however, maybe one or none at all has a cast members of color. There are many good quality programs out there to negotiate with productions companies to get them to Netflix. For instance, Family Matters, Ellen, The Soul Man, Half & Half, Girlfriends, The Jeffersons, George Lopez, The Fresh Prince of Belair, Sister Sister, Moesha, The Parkers, Hangin With Mr. Cooper, The Hughleys, My Wife and Kids, One on One, Ugly Betty, Modern Family, Blackish, The Parent Hood, Amen, Different Strokes, Welcome Back Kotter, Chico and The Man, The Lucille Ball and Desi Arnez show, the list goes on. I will also be posting this on your Facebook page. Many families from al walks of life subscribe to your company it's only fair to pick up shows that reflects that aspect.

I called Netflix and told them the I have returned my DVD a while ago and have not received a new one in over a week. They said that they did not have any of the ones I requested in stock and they would ship one as soon as they had one. They could not tell me when that would be. I requested a credit for the time that they did not ship me any DVD, they refused. Therefore, they will charge me, perhaps for month, but will not fulfill their contract. That is at least immoral, if not illegal. They where all films they had in their listing. So if Netflix decides they only buy a few of the new DVD's, the customers just have to wait and Netflix makes even more money of their customers. Is Netflix above the law? I guess once you get to be a certain size, you can do as you please.

Please do not remove some of the only good shows that you have. Such as Psych and Heroes. I love the show Psych and have been on and off watching it for the past 5 years. Now that you're removing it, I will never get to finish it. I am very mad and disappointed in Netflix.

I get that you have to take shows out but 2 weeks ago I was so excited my heart was racing, modern family was on Netflix
!!!! (In Colombia at the time) I come home from a exhausting trip (back to NY), a few days later I check my currently watching thing and it's not there. I was suspicious so I search for it. ITS NOT THERE!!! I was so mad and sad because I was about to finish the 1st season and I love the show it was just pissed off the whole day and still I am, just please put modern family back, it's a great, hilarious show with 8 seasons to keep me occupied, and many people I know would love to have it (back) on Netflix!!!!

I signed up for a free trial to Netflix and was charged twice! Need assistance in resolving and getting a refund as it is a free trial!
