I would like to report a serious issue with Netflix streaming, which has been prevalent on various media players after the most recent firmware update. I have been on the phone with Netflix numerous times including the manufacture of my players, Panasonic and Sony, all to no avail. The best I could narrow the problem down to is that Netflix has added a layer of encryption to their movies which now make it all but impossible to stream if there is the slightest variation in ISP speed. They compounded the problem by now offering 3 video quality levels which unless you are aware of this change are defaulted to the lowest quality to save on bandwidth. I would recommend starting an action group specifically concerning this issues in hopes that Netflix will stop abusing it's existing base of streaming customer in exchange for making additional bandwidth available for new customers.

On multiple occasions now the company has pulled a movie from streaming to DVD ordering service only while i was watching it. The site does not announce anywhere that they are removing content and the only place to find dates of removal is if you save the movie in your instant queue. What really got to me is that a large number of the films they have added to the streaming option are older films and shows that can be found on other legitimate sites, hulu etc..., for much less if not free. The other content they are using to replace previous movies is reality/documentary television, and exploitation films. I find it very insulting that they are removing content without notice and replacing it with offensive material, all while still taking my money, As this seems to be a continuing trend I'm done with their service

can't really complain it is only 8 a month for it
