Everytime there is an issues with MY MONEY i always receive half truths and lies and i am NEVER HAPPY with the outcome. The information i recieve about solving my problem is always incorrect. I always leave the situation wishing netspend was not my bank. The situation i am encountering now is no different. My card was double changed by an airline for plane tickets that i did not recieve and when i called the airline they told me that i dont have tickets because the transaction did not threw. The airline informed me that the merchant hold would fall off in 24 hours because they did not intend to accept the transaction. I called netspend once it was not posted a day and a half later. They processed a movement that should of had my moneys available in 6 hours witch was not accurate at all. Now im being told that i have to wait once again for my money to be released back on to my card witch has my trip canceled because i can no longer perchase the airline tickets to leave in less than two weeks. I am angry and dissatisfied once again. Once the issue is resolved netspend will no longer have my business witch is sad i have been having my checks direct deposited to them for years. Although i am glad to no longer do business with them soon.

I went to irs. Gov to check my refund status the IRS says they have sent my refund it is supposed to be accredited to a NetSpend account because Liberty Tax gave me a NetSpend card which my tax refund was supposed to be accredited to. Basically my refund status from the IRS says that my refund has been sent but NetSpend has not accredited the money to my card. I file taxes early so that it wouldn't take this long to get them back I have a NetSpend card and there are people getting paper checks back faster than what I am getting my tax refund I need my money because I am starving and I need a way back and forth to work I need my tax refund to buy a car my life is hard enough already please do something
