Cant get ahold of anyone locked account

My account has been locked twice now. I call and waited over an hour on hold i was then hung up on. Never even spoke to anyone. The next day i called a number of times and the recording said call volume is to high they are not taking anymore calls. And hangs up. So the next day i called again and the same thing happened. 3 days and i still cant get a hold of anyone from this company. I cant access my online banking cause they for some reason unknown to me locked my account. This is beyond an inconvenience. I cant feed my kids without access to my money
