Netspend customer service is just bad. My card was never mailed, and I both emailed customer service AND submitted messages asking for help from my "secure inbox" only to keep getting directed to call the customer service line. My card never arrived, and when I attempted to call the customer service line it told me to enter my card number or my social security number to be let through to talk to a rep. Then it kept telling me my ss# was invalid, and therefore I could not speak to anyone. I submitted a total of SIX messages and tried calling twice only to keep getting the same canned responses. I have my direct deposit from my job set up on that stupid card, and because of the shitty customer service I can't even buy diapers or food for my kid. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB too. I DO NOT recommend.
