New SIM

I purchased new connection frm Singtel and another one added in my account even I didnt purchase it. Did many complaints to Singtel but no response now I am getting calls to pay the bill.
I submitted all the docs but still no response

Kindly do not go for Singtel if you are going to by any Singtel products worst company worst people.
