I purchased a loan through NF and was told I had to purchase an extended warranty through GWC Warranty because of high mileage. Ok. Desperate, I went a head and purchased it. Well my car was stolen and totaled out through my insurance and balance was paid in full. When NF thought I was going to finance with them again, I was told as part of my warranty contract, I would receive a refund for the warranty purchase. I have since found out that this warranty purchase is not legal and you should not be forced to buy them. I told NF that I did not want another warranty as it made my car payment higher. Was told by Kelly (who has been quite rude) at NF that they would not finance me again unless I bought the warranty (even though ins. paid off car). Since I am not going to finance with them again I now believe that I am being given the run around about the refund. Both Nicholas Financial and the car dealer (Premier Auto Plaza) told me about the refund. Car dealership, Premier Auto Plaza would not sell me another high mileage car without the warranty. I have been told multiple different things about the refund and am still waiting to see if they refund it. I would recommend not going to this car dealer or finance through Nicholas Financial. Complete run around. Like I said still waiting to see if I get the refund. NF Not helpful so far.
