I have just read this site and see many complaints about this company. They just called me and literally yelled and screamed at me over the phone. I couldn't get a word in edgewise. There is no professionalism and the way she spoke to me, I couldn't help but to yell back at her. I am behind on my payment but I told them that I would have part of it tomorrow. They agreed on that but the day before I'm suppose to give them the money, she calls me and yells and tells me that I have a returned check (which is untrue because they took the partial payment from my account). I just don't understand what she's talking about and she then said that she was issuing a repo on my car. I just don't know what to think or do. NEVER, EVER use this institution.

This company is the most horrible company I have ever had the displeasure doing business with, they took possesion of my vehicle even when I told them that I was having financial issues and that i just wanted them to please work with me until i could get it all worked out... they said they wanted all the money up front or they would keep the car. THey kept the car then sent a certified letter that my 12yr. old son signed for and ofcourse never gave to me, so when i called for them to provide me with a copy they started yelling at me and told me that in order for me to get my copy of the letter i would have to pay them $1400, really???? somebody has to put this company out of business, somehow
