goods have not reached

i have ordered a nikon d7200 from a dealer at kudat sabah. The order was placed on tuesday 14th of febuary. It has been more then a week and i have not get the goods. My tracking number is EP25571349MY. Furthermore, i cant seem to even track this online as they are showing invalid tracking number!!! Please help me settle this problem
